About Me
I am a warm and dependable caregiver with experience working with children of different ages and abilities, including those with SEND needs. Having completed my A Levels and gained knowledge in children's development, I understand the importance of patience, structure and creativity in helping children grow and thrive. I take pride in building trusting relationships and providing a safe, supportive and happy environment for every child.
My Experience
I have gained valuable experience caring for people of all ages in a variety of settings. I volunteered at a hospice, providing companionship and support to elderly residents, which strengthened my empathy and sense of responsibility. I have also worked in a school setting with children who have special educational needs, where I learnt to adapt to individual needs and promote positive learning experiences. In addition, I have cared for younger siblings and cousins from an early age, developing practical childcare skills and confidence in nurturing children of different ages.
Alongside my practical experience, I have completed my studies as an Aalimah, through which I gained valuable knowledge of Islamic principles on childraising, manners and values. This has deepened my understanding of compassion, respect and moral development.
My Qualifications
I have achieved 9 GCSE's ranging from A* to B as well as my A Levels in relevant subjects. I have worked as a Level 2 SEND TA and have completed an 8 year Aalimah course. I am currently completing my pediatric first aid certificate.
My Availability
I have various availability. I am able to to work full time during school holidays, on a rota, overnights and early mornings.
