Hi, we're looking for a part-time, ideally neurodiversity-experienced child carer/companion for our son.

* He is chronologically 9, but functions at a 5-6 year old developmental age due to Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD).
* He is very charming, but needs a carer who can handle occasional challenging behaviours and approaches him with patience and a "Think Younger" mindset.
* He is home educated, so daytime availability is key.
Ideal Carer:
* Calm, consistent, and reliable.
Very flexible on days/hours
