Let down 24 hours before as now "fully booked"

was meant to meet up on the friday to meet the child first, to the point I even have the whatsapp message in writing saying "I'll keep that day free"!

anyway... tried getting in touch more or less all day, to get told now at 9:30pm that she can't attend 😫 so it's scuppered my whole plans for the weekend now... not good at all

While I always aim to provide a friendly and flexible service, alternative solutions were offered in this case. However, due to the individual’s rude and aggressive response to proposed changes, I made the decision that I would no longer be comfortable providing my services. I am extremely busy teaching and babysitting full-time, so while I may not always be able to answer the phone immediately, I always respond as soon as possible.
