Ashleigh is my name. I have over 20 years of experience working in the early years sector, and I earned my degree in professional skills in early years in 2022. I started out as an apprentice and worked my way up to become an early childhood trainer, head of learning and development, and most recently, manager of a busy setting. I've made the decision that it's my time to mature and truly put into practice what I think early childhood education should be—that is, everything about the child!
