My names Charlotte. I have been working with children for nine years, which I enjoy thouroughly. I am an enthusiastic, energetic, reliable and an honest individual, who is able to use my own initiative. I believe I have good communication skills, with people and children of all ages. I am an outgoing person, who is easy to get along with. I also have an indate CRB check, and a full clean driving licence with own car.

My Experience
Experience of working with children started from a fairly young age, whilst being in my final years at school I conducted a work experience placement within a school. From then on I knew that I wanted to work with children, as I found it came naturally to me.
I then went on to gain my BTEC National Diploma in Early Years, which is a level 3 qualification. The course involved working with children of all ages, in different childcare settings over two years.
After completing my college course I then gained employment within a private nursery, which I worked in for 2 years.
I also looked after a little girl, whilst her parents were at work. Which is no longer required due to financial circumstances.
After working in another Day Nursery I then went onto completing my degree in Early Childhood Studies and Education studies. Since then I gained employment within a school as a teaching assistant, and have experience of working with children with special educational needs.
I currently work as a Teaching Assistant within a school so I am now available for cover during school holidays.
