About Me
I am 47, married to my husband Darren and we have two beautiful children together, Maiya and Charlie. I also have a step son, Harrison who is 16 and lives with his mum. I work as a Personal Advisor for Care Leavers age 15-25. Dad is a PCSO. This means some shift work for dad but this is a four week pattern so we can plan around. The nature of my job is making it difficult to get away early so we have decided a child minder would be the best way to create a consistent routine which is particularly important for our youngest. I love to read and Darren loves sport ( watching mostly due to his age catching up with him).
My Requirements
I have a four year old boy and 7 year old girl that need collecting from school on Monday, Tuesdays, Thursday and Fridays. The times are slightly staggered due to my youngest being on the spectrum. He is currently waiting to be assessed by CDC and is also waiting for his EHCP to be completed. He is a beautiful, bubbly, happy and funny little boy who loves to laugh and imaginative play. However he can find busy times at school overwhelming so he will be finishing at 3pm to enable him to avoid the playground while his sister finishes at 3:30 but can also be brought to reception so Charlie doesn’t need to go into the playground for her. They both finish at 1pm on a Friday due to the school hours. We are hoping to find the right child minder for the children so we can get into a regular routine with regards to after school. This would be until 6 pm each day, they would be collected by their father when possible but as I don’t drive we would like to ask if it’s possible for the children to be dropped home on the evenings dad is working.
