About Me
Hi! My name is Lauren, and I’m a mum to two lovely children — aged 2 and 3. We live in Erith (DA8).
I’ll be starting a new job soon and am looking for a caring, reliable childminder who can look after my children four days a week. The days may vary weekly and can sometimes include weekends.
Typical hours are around 5:30 am to 3:45 pm.
My 3-year-old attends Belvedere Infant School nursery from 12:25 pm to 3:25 pm, so I’m ideally looking for someone who can drop her off and pick her up as part of the day’s care.
I’m hoping to find someone who can offer a warm, structured, and nurturing environment where my children can learn, play, and feel safe while I’m at work. I really value open communication and appreciate regular updates or photos about their day.
My Requirements
Days/Hours:
• 4 days a week, approximately 5:30 am – 3:45 pm
• Days may vary weekly and can occasionally include weekends
Children:
• 2-year-old: Full-day care (has a dairy and soya intolerance)
• 3-year-old: Attends nursery at Belvedere Infant School from 12:25 pm – 3:25 pm (childminder to provide wrap-around care, including drop-off and pick-up)
Type of Care:
• Full-day childcare including meals and snacks (dietary needs to be accommodated)
Funding & Payments:
• 3-year-old currently uses a 15-hour funding code at nursery
• Both children will be eligible for Working Parents funded childcare (30 hours each) starting January
• Universal Credit childcare will be used for any top-up hours
Special Requirements:
• Nursery drop-off and pick-up for the 3-year-old
• Flexibility with days and hours due to variable work shifts
Preferences:
• Caring, patient, and experienced with toddlers
• Structured but fun environment with a mix of indoor and outdoor play
• Able to manage food allergies/intolerances confidently
• Open to sibling discount if available
