My Experience

I have been a Primary school teacher for the past 32 years. I have worked across both Key Stage 1 and 2, but specialise in Key Stage 1 and the Early years foundation stage. My specialism at university was English, so I have a deep passion for books, reading and phonics teaching. I have just recently completed my British Sign Language training in Level 1 and worked with countless Deaf children during my long career in teaching.

My Qualifications

Degree in Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Primary Teaching 2:2 with specialism in English, the Arts and EYFS

My Availability

I look after one of my granddaughters on a Wednesday, but would be willing to either be flexible with my childminding on that day or offer school drop offs or pick ups on that day too.

My Fees

• Childminding from £6.00 per hour

My fees include cold packed lunches (sandwich, fruit and water) and outings. If we visit any child centres and there is a cost, an additional fees will apply to parents, if they want their child to attend. If children have any special dietary requirements, then an additional daily fee of £1.50 will apply
