About Me

Have a 19 month daughter looking at Haywards heath to start anytime from now- please let me know if you have any full time spaces. We are moving from Kent from the end of October 2026.

Not looking for Nannies or babysitters currently.

My Requirements

Looking for 4 days (Monday - Thursday)
Drop off 7:30am as I start work at 8am happy to pay extra. Pick up by 5pm - happy to pay for the whole day.

Home away from home, Ranj is part of the family!

Where can I begin, I was so nervous leaving my daughter S at 1 years old to go back to work. This was my first time away from her. And Ranj has been so thoughtful, caring, gives such amazing updates. She really helped my daughter S become so confident, teaching her to share, to speak and get involved in activities!

I love the fact I can 100% trust Ranj with my toddler S, she leaps from me every morning without any issue. Ranj communicates so well and she really loves S so much! Her setting is super clean, so safe and she has always been so understanding & helpful especially when I’ve been sick or running late.

Honestly, one of the best childminders in Gravesend - and I was not worried at all, all her kids are so lovely & caring. Ranj does such amazing activities & my daughter really adores her. She has genuinely become part of the family!

I hate the fact we are leaving Ranj (due to moving out of the area) as my daughter really loves her setting, her children and the kids she looks after.

We provided my daughter S her own food and Ranj recommended so many things that help her eat better, drink more water etc. She also was so mindful of my daughter’s skin condition and was so caring about it.

I cannot fault Ranj - she is so wonderful with my daughter and treats her like her own… Genuinely sad leaving her.
