Hi my name is Lucy and I live in Cumbria.
I work full time looking after children and have thoroughly enjoy this job for 13 years. I have always had a passion for working with children and have enjoyed watching children grow and flourish over the last 13 years.
I feel I have many of the attributes that complement the job role. I am a compassionate person who has an abundance of patience and empathy. I also have a calm manner and I am approachable, trustworthy and hard working.
In my spare time I like to spend time with my family and friends. I enjoy doing on walks, particularly completing the wainwright walks in the Lake District. I like to be active. I also enjoy going on days away and exploring new places.
My Experience
I have over 13 years experience working with children from 9 months to 4 years. I have spent most of my career working in private nurseries. My job roles have included room supervisor, senior nursery practitioner, child’s key worker, nursery special educational needs Co ordinator and nursery health and safety officer.
I have an array of experience working with children with varying additional needs and have lots of experience also working alongside a number of different professionals such as speech and language therapists.
My Qualifications
CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Child Care and Education
CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Specialist Support for Teaching and Learning in Schools
Diploma of Higher Education in Early Years Education and Development
CACHE Level 3 Award for Special Educational Needs Co Ordinators in Early Years Settings
First Aid
My Availability
Monday through to Friday full days and occasional weekends when needed.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
- Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)
