My Experience

I have 9 years of experience working with children from infancy through primary school age. I have spent nearly 7 years in a nursery, where I progressed to Senior Practitioner and work with children aged 2–5. My role involves planning and delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate activities, supporting emotional regulation, facilitating outdoor learning, and working closely with families to meet each child’s individual needs. I also have experience supporting children with additional needs and working alongside outside agencies.

Alongside my nursery experience, I have 3 years of nannying experience caring for primary-school-aged children. This included school runs, homework support, after school activities, preparing nutritious snacks, and supporting children to complete any household chores. I built strong, trusting relationships with both the children and the family.

My Qualifications

-Level 3 and 4 qualified in social services children and young people
-Higher English (A) and Mathematics (B)

My Availability

Availability is quite flexible at the moment, I can work around families including some weekends if necessary.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £13.00 per hour

My babysitting rate starts at £13 per hour for one child. This reflects my experience as a senior nursery practitioner, my childcare qualifications, and the personalised, developmentally informed care I provide.

Rates may increase when:
• Caring for more than one child, as this requires additional responsibility and attention.
• Supporting children with Additional Support Needs, due to the higher level of specialised care and tailored approaches involved.
• Additional duties are required beyond standard babysitting.

I always aim to keep my fees fair, transparent and reflective of the quality of care I provide. I’m happy to discuss your family’s needs and agree on a rate that feels right for everyone.
