My Experience

I have a broad range of childcare experience, starting from caring for my younger siblings, where I’ve taken on responsibilities such as nappy changes, preparing simple meals, and planning fun activities. I’ve also completed over 130 hours of placement in a nursery, supporting children aged nine months to three years in their daily routines, play, and development. Additionally, I’ve gained valuable experience at Frank Wise School, working with children aged five to twelve who have various disabilities. Through both my placements and personal experience supporting my sister, who has autism, I’ve developed strong patience, understanding, and communication skills when caring for children with special needs.

My Qualifications

I have achieved 10 GCSEs graded between 4 and 9. I’m currently in my second year of college, studying Health and Social Care Level 3. I completed my first year with an overall Distinction and am working towards achieving the same this year as I continue to build my skills and knowledge in the field.
