My daughter immediately connected with Rachel and wanted to do alllll the things, a great early indicator. Speaking to Rachel, great care is taken to check and adhere to rules and routines, making me confident my daughter is in good hands. Rachel is also punctual and professional, whilst still being friendly and engaging. We are very happy to have found her.
