About Me

Hi I’m Rachel, I am a caring and trustworthy individual who you can rely on. Anyone who knows me would say i am fantastic with young children. I am working towards becoming a qualified childminder, I am fully DBS checked, I offer baby sitting services ADHOC at the moment, Currently I work as a retail manager as my primary job and have done for 14 years but since working with children I have found what I am truly passionate about.

I am familiar with newborns and all kinds of ages and needs of children. I have a 2 year boy old so know how full of energy they can be. I love to play and interact with your child, read to them, play arts and crafts, keep them busy and learning lots.

I am first aid trained for adults and infants/babies, my job allows me to work with all kinds of ages. I have baby sat in the past for up to 6 different children. Part of my work experience I choose alongside my A levels was working with children in a primary school. Which confirmed my enjoyment working with young children. Full DBS check complete.

My approach is to be involved with your children to allow them to be confident in my company, nurture them so they can become the best they can be. I would say I am firm but fair as I want the child to have fun! In my past experiences I have built some brilliant relationships with the people I have baby sat for.
