We’re a friendly family in Surrey with a happy 1-year-old son. I’m a nurse working night shifts and my husband works full days, so we’re looking for reliable in-home childcare to help around shift changes.

We need regular support during early mornings and evenings, with the possibility of some daytime help after night shifts- occasional flexibility may be required due to work commitments with notice provided well in advance. We are looking for someone confident with infants who can provide warm, age-appropriate interaction and actively support our son’s development through play, routine and responsive care.
