Nanditha has taken care of my two-year-old daughter five times since the beginning of the year. She is flexible, punctual, and 100% reliable.
Nanditha is caring and patient. She plays with my daughter, takes her outside, and feeds her. My daughter has separation anxiety, but Nanditha's calm and attentive approach has gained her trust.
I'm very happy to recommend Nanditha as a babysitter.

Nanditha first reached out to me on childcare services. She was prompt initially in responding to my messages and even gave a previous parents number to get reference. The reference was recommending her. So I decided to go with her has she indicated the most availability among other providers I was speaking to for my chosen dates.
It was first week for me in a new job and so I was very much dependant on her starting. However, she messaged closer to date saying her vacation got extended so she cannot start on the agreed date but can start one day later. It was already inconvenient but I said okay.
And the second day when she was supposed to show up there was no replies for my messages and it looked like she has even blocked my number on whatsapp as I see my messages are not being delivered at all.
I was absolutely shocked by this unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour. I have had much success finding good childminders and nannies on childcare services in the past.
I want to share my experience here only because I don't want others to go through the same experience. If you are looking for reliable care I will suggest look elsewhere.

Hi Kjay,
I’m really sorry that this situation caused you inconvenience, and I completely understand how important reliability is, especially during your first week at work.
I would like to clarify a few points from our communication. During our conversation, you mentioned that you were still weighing options and would confirm once a final plan was in place. As such, the arrangement had not been fully finalised at that stage.
I did inform you in advance when my availability changed due to my extended travel. Unfortunately, shortly after, I had an unexpected medical emergency and was admitted to the hospital, and I also lost access to my phone. This is why I was unable to respond at that time.
I always try to be open and honest in my communication, and I have worked with several families who have had positive experiences with me. I regret that this situation led to a different impression, but it was not intentional.

Nanditha has been looking after my 7 year old daughter every Monday since 1 December 2025. She is kind, patient, and very understanding, which immediately made us feel comfortable and confident in her care.
She is also an excellent emergency childminder, always willing to step in when needed and accommodating our requirements at short notice. Nanditha is attentive to our daughter’s needs and handles everything with care and professionalism.
We are very happy with the support she provides and would highly recommend her to other parents.
