? Daily Care
• Feeds the children according to their preferences and schedules patient with picky eating and mindful of balanced nutrition.
• Engages Barbara with age-appropriate play to help her balance, stand, and explore safely.
• Supports Mikolaj’s learning moments reading, walks, talking about cars, and outdoor play.
• Keeps the play area tidy and ensures both kids’ spaces remain safe and clean.
?? Communication
• Open, honest, and proactive in sharing updates about the children’s meals, naps, moods, or any concerns.
• Comfortable collaborating with us to maintain consistency between your care and our home routine.
• Reliable with timekeeping and flexible when extra help is occasionally needed.
? Bonus Skills
• Experience with both infants and toddlers is a huge plus.
• Basic first aid or DBS certification would be appreciated but not essential if you have solid experience and great references.
