About Me

Hello! I am a Year 5 Primary School Teacher based in Kingston upon Thames. I have a 4 years of teaching experience across all of the Year 5 curriculum and am happy to tutor children in preparation for SATS or 11+ exams in English and Maths or any other area of the KS2 curriculum! I would love to give extra help and support for any children who need: that extra confidence boost when it comes to education, some 1:1 guidance for their SATS or individual sessions in an area of the KS2 curriculum that they feel they are struggling with. Please do get in touch if you want to book in a session or if you have any questions about my private tutoring services. My sessions will be always be tailored to the needs of whomever I am tutoring and I am always open to adjusting the format of my sessions to maximise the development of my tutee!

My Experience

I have been a Primary School Teacher for the last 4 years, after changing career paths from digital marketing in 2021. I have found such passion for working with young people and helping them to see the brilliance in themselves and I hope to do so even more with the children that I tutor! Teaching the KS2 curriculum day in, day out l, I know exactly what support to provide pupils to give them every chance of progressing and achieving whatever goals they are striving for! Struggling with ADHD behaviours myself as a child, I am also well equipped and open to supporting children with ADHD or any other SEN needs with their learning and have adopted loads of strategies to make learning accessible and fun for every kind of brain!
