Little Pikls
Childminder in Hook
My Summary
🌈Experienced Childminder | 🏡Home-From-Home Care With Plenty Of Outdoor Time🌳
About Me
Hi, I’m Naomi and I run Little Pikls’ from our family home in Nately Scures, near Hook. I work alongside my daughter Mia, who is my registered childminding assistant.
Little Pikls’ is a small, home-from-home setting where really knowing the children in our care is at the heart of what we do. Our days are guided by the children and their interests, with plenty of play, conversation and time outdoors.
We have a large, secure garden and regularly head out to local parks, toddler groups, walks and activities.
My Experience
I have over 18 years’ experience working with children, including more than 14 years as a childminder, caring for children from babies through to school age.
Over that time I’ve worked with lots of different children and families, supporting children as they settle, grow in confidence and move through the different stages of their early years.
I now work alongside Mia, which means we can maintain the small, personal feel of Little Pikls’ while giving the children plenty of individual attention.
My Qualifications
I’m Ofsted registered and keep my training and professional development up to date. My qualifications and training include:
• Diploma in Home-Based Childcare
• Paediatric First Aid
• Safeguarding training
• Level 2 Food Hygiene
• Enhanced DBS check
• Full, clean driving licence
