My Experience

I have a range of work experience with children and in caring roles. I completed work experience in a year one classroom where I supported children both academically and emotionally. I worked one-to-one with a child with a learning difficulty, helping them to stay focus and engaged through patience and encouragement.
As a dance teaching assistant, I led groups of students while creating a fun atmosphere where children felt confident and included.
I also have cleaning experience from working within a school setting, maintaining high hygiene standards and ensuring that classrooms were thoroughly disinfected and safe. This role strengthened my time management and attention to detail.
Finally, being a care worker taught me the importance of compassionate, person-centred support. I assisted service users with their daily needs, always ensuring dignity, empathy and respect.

However, I have a range of family experience, having grown up in a caring and child-focused home. My mom was a childminder, so from a young age I helped out with children of all ages, keeping them busy and showing them lots of love.
Following this, my parents became foster carers, which gave me valuable experience supporting children with a wide range of needs and personalities. We eventually adopted my little brother, which has strengthened my understanding of how important consistency, empathy and stability are in a child's life.

My Availability

I go to university on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. I am fairly flexible around my studies. I am free most, if not all evenings, as well as weekends

• Babysitting from £10.00 per hour

My babysitting rates start from £10 per hour. I am happy to discuss what works best for your family
