About Me

Hi, I'm Ava, and I’m a patient, trustworthy, and passionate about engaging kids through creative and imaginative activities! Currently, I work in a nursery setting and assist with running children's parties, giving me lots of experience with children, but I am very flexible with my availability in weekday evenings and weekends.
I enjoy spending time outdoors and am always learning more about childcare to provide the best support for your child. I have experience with Montessori education and use positive and calm language to best communicate with your child and build a positive relationship
I also use Makaton signs to support language development and am working towards my Level 1 in British Sign Language.
I received a distinction in my Level 3 Childcare and Education Certificate, specialising in early years.

My Experience

I have lots of experience with children from 5 months to 7 years over 3 years but I also have experience with working with children up to 13 years hosting birthday parties in a company, engaging and entertaining them
