We're a young family of three, soon to be four. We just moved from London to Milton Keynes - and both my wife and I still work in London.
My Requirements
We have an 18 month old daughter - who has been with a grandparent full time. That grandparent is travelling for the next four months - so we need to arrange some extra help. We will likely still need the help, even when she is back (we're expecting another baby in April)- so this could be a longer term arrangement if we find the right person. We need someone here from 3PM until 6PM, Monday through to Thursday. Ideally, we'd like someone who can engage our daughter with fun and educational activities and has experience of similar set ups - nannying, child-minding or the like.
