Hi, my name is Mollie and I am 18 years old!I have a level 3 qualification in health and social care and pyschology which i received A’s. I love working with children as it is a very fulfilling role to watch them accomplish milestones and grow. I am a first year student at Brighton University. I have an up to date DBS and i’m in the process of getting my paediatric first aid. I can also provide references. I am a highly energetic( meaning i can keep up with children)fun, passionate, calm and caring person. I love art,dogs,lego,music and films. I recently moved to Brighton and I’m looking for a part time babysitting job.
My Experience
My experience is predominately working with SEN children who have autism,adhd, FASD and complex trauma. Also, I have additional lived experience through multiple family members having PMLD. Therefore, my personal background allows me to understand the importance of structured routines and inclusive environments for children to feel safe and valued in. My professional background builds on my skills to engage children in activities from arts & crafts to outdoor play. I also can easily adapt my approach based on the child’s needs and various learning styles. My biggest strength is my calm and patient approach, children with additional needs can provoke frequent unpredictability, therefore I am highly adaptable and patient. My goal is to provide consistent care that supports children’s unique strengths allowing them to thrive.
My Qualifications
Level 3 Health and Social care.
Maths, English, Science GSCE.
Psychology Level 3.
Currently doing a Degree.
DBS Check
Currently doing my paediatric first aid.
My Availability
Tuesdays I can do any time after 4. Wednesdays I am available from 1 onwards. Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays I am available all day.
