After School Nanny

I am looking for a reliable, experienced childminder or nanny to help with my 8-year-old son's morning and afternoon routine, term-time.
Morning: Arrive at our home in Anslow at 7:30am, help get him ready, and take him to breakfast club at The Forum, Rolleston-on-Dove, for 8:00am.
Afternoon: Collect him from the same breakfast/after-school club at 5:30pm and bring him home.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, term-time.

Requirements:

Own transport is essential.
Enhanced DBS check.
Experience with school-aged children preferred.
