My Experience
I have 25+ year experience working with children in nurseries starting as a room assistant and working up to being a nursery manager and sendco where we also supported children with complex medical needs. For the last 5 years I have been working in local primary school settings with extensive send experience, working in a range of positions from individual needs assistant, behaviour mentor, higher level teaching assistant, I also covered classes when teachers were absent or on planning sessions and leading the school based nursery class.

I have a level 3 in childcare and a level 5 in leadership and management
