My Requirements
Preferably a childminder who has a small intimate group, access to the outdoors and encourages learning through play and curiosity. We are drawn to Montessori / forest school style approaches. Our daughter is quietly confident, often called “shy” but we prefer discerning. As she takes her time to assess and warm up to people.
