About Me

I am a mum with a 9 year old daughter. I have just moved to Lutterworth with my partner and our children. I have taught in an SEN school in Leicester for the past 3-4 years and am now stepping away from teaching! I love working with children, and I enjoy reading, art, music, sports, yoga and spending time with my family.

My Experience

I have my own daughter who is 9 and also look after my partner’s 3 children who are aged between 10 and 16.
I have taught in an SEN school with students with profound physical, medical and educational needs, over primary and secondary. Prior to this I have worked in care and support and in an SEN nursery.
I have done babysitting and school pick-ups for friends’ young children.

My Qualifications

Postgraduate Certificate in Education in Primary and Early Years with Qualified Teacher Status (Birmingham City University 2022)

Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree in Creative Writing and English (De Montfort University 2014)

Level 3 BTEC Foundation Diploma in Art and Design (De Montfort University 2010)
