My Experience

I have experience teaching Mandarin to beginners, school-age children and adults. My lessons focus on pronunciation, vocabulary building, and practical conversation. I also incorporate basic calligraphy guidance for learners who want to improve their handwriting. With my academic background and clear communication style, I aim to make learning Mandarin supportive, structured and enjoyable.

My Qualifications

I am currently a postgraduate student at King’s College London, where I am further developing my academic and communication skills. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from a top university in China and have received formal training in both written and spoken Mandarin. In addition, I have a strong foundation in Chinese calligraphy, including hard-pen and brush-pen styles, which enables me to teach proper handwriting techniques. My background in healthcare also helps me communicate with care, patience and clarity.

My Availability

I am available on weekday evenings and weekends. I offer both online lessons and in-person sessions depending on your location. My schedule is flexible, and I am happy to arrange a time that suits your needs.
