About Me

Hi, I am going to be a first time mum expecting my little one in March 2026. Sadly I only get around 9/10 months off on maternity leave and will need to return to work following this.

This is all new to me and my mum friends have advised that I start looking early for childcare due to availability filling up quick.

I live in Wolverhampton and work in Stafford Monday to Friday and currently going in 3 or 4 days a week. I’m not exactly sure what my working pattern will look like following the birth and what my employer is going to be flexible with until closer to the time.

I will probably be looking for childcare Monday to Friday around 8:30am to 6pm. I will update this once I know more firmly.
