We needed help with our newborn because he was so needy that we were getting no sleep and he seemed constantly agitated. The moment Ellie held him, he instantly became calmer and Ellie addressed his needs so well, we had our first cry-less night in weeks. Also, she pointed out that part of his behaviour can be explained by reflux and gave us many practical tips to address his discomfort, something we wouldn’t have noticed and handled correctly otherwise . We as parents were also comfortable with Ellie taking care of our little one even though I was reluctant to get help at first place.
