About Me

I am a positive, nurturing and enthusiastic teaching assistant who has worked in a primary school for many years. My passion is working with children, and to support them to grow into caring, kind and confident young adults. I believe I have a nurturing nature and will always go above and beyond to support a child and their needs. Children learn by watching and listening to the adults in their life, and I strive at all times to be a positive role model. I enjoy being creative, I love baking, reading and being outside in the sunshine! I am a mother to 2 teenage boys, and spend lots of time with my younger nieces and nephews therefore spend most of my time around children.

My Experience

I have 10 years experience working in a primary school, based in the classroom from nursery up to year 6. I have supported children of all ages with their education, running various social skills interventions including nurture group and supported them during their free/social time.
