My Experience

I bring both personal and professional experience to my work with children. As a mum of teenage twins, I have first-hand understanding of childcare, family routines, and the developmental needs of children as they grow. In addition, I have over 10 years of experience as a Nursery Manager, where I work hands-on every day alongside children and staff . This role has given me extensive knowledge of early childhood development, safeguarding, behaviour support, and creating nurturing, engaging environments for children of all ages.

I am confident in supporting children’s emotional, social, and educational needs, and I’m skilled at building warm, trusting relationships with families. My background in managing a nursery also means I am highly organised, safety-focused, and able to adapt quickly to each child’s individual personality and needs.

My Qualifications

I hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status), along with First Aid, Safeguarding, Managing Behaviour, supporting communication and language and a wide range of additional childcare qualifications.

My Availability

Weekends, half terms , Christmas , Easter
