My Requirements
Childcare Requirements (March–June)
• Two daughters (ages 4 and 7).
• Support needed due to wife’s Housemistress duty nights (cannot care for children when on duty).
• Overnight cover required:
• Tuesday night
• Wednesday night
• Friday night
• Daytime/evening cover needed:
• Tuesday (morning & evening)
• Wednesday (morning & evening)
• Friday evening
• Weekend:
• 1x full day & night of cover most weekends
• Monday and Thursday are fully covered by parents.
• In-laws live nearby and can help occasionally, but not as the main childcare solution.
• Looking for someone reliable, warm, and confident managing routines independently.
• Open to nanny, rota nanny, or live-in arrangement depending on suitability.
