I am a full time mum and my sons dad and my husband works shift hours. Those shifts are set and for 2 weeks of the month he starts at 6.30 am and finishes at 4.15. The other 2 weeks he starts at 4.15 and finishes at 2am. My work is flexible and I can work around drop off and pick up.
