Private Tutor

I am looking for a private tutor for my son, only face to face. He is 7 years old, year 2 student in school. And he needs private face to face lessons to work with phonics (reading). He is bilingual, the native language is russian. When he started school in 2023 (reception) he didn't know english at all. Now he speaks english quite good, but he still can't read, only knows sounds and can read very simple words, and he didn't pass phonics test in school at the end of year 1. Unfortunately, he refuses to read english books at home. He likes story time before bedtime, but only in russian. We don't know how to break this wall and start reading in english. So, looking for tutor who can help my son start reading in english.
