My Experience
I genuinely love spending time with children of all ages. I’ve built up a strong foundation of childcare experience through regularly babysitting for my own family, caring for children ranging from newborns to older kids. This has given me hands-on experience with a wide variety of routines — from soothing babies and managing bedtime to keeping energetic toddlers entertained and helping older children with homework.
Through both babysitting and pet care, I’ve learned to be responsible, observant, and calm in any situation. I’m used to following parents’ routines closely, ensuring children feel safe and supported while also keeping the home running smoothly. I’m confident with bottle feeding, preparing simple meals, reading bedtime stories, organising creative activities, and keeping little ones entertained in a way that’s gentle, fun, and age-appropriate.
I also have experience caring for pets (including dogs and my own cat) so families with animals can feel comfortable knowing I’m happy to look after both children and pets with patience and care.
These experiences have helped me develop skills that matter most in babysitting: reliability, communication, empathy, and the ability to stay calm and positive no matter what the day brings. My Qualifications
While I don’t have formal childcare certifications, I bring strong academic skills and a solid educational background that support my work as a babysitter. I achieved excellent GCSE results and am now studying A-level Maths, Economics, and Accounting — subjects that require focus, organisation, and problem-solving, all of which carry over into childcare.
Because I’m very academic and confident in my studies, I’m always happy to help children with homework, reading, school projects, or revision. I enjoy making learning feel simple and encouraging, especially for younger children who benefit from patient guidance.
My experience as a responsible student also means I’m reliable, punctual, and able to follow routines and instructions carefully. Even without formal qualifications, I bring maturity, academic strength, and a genuine commitment to helping children feel supported both emotionally and educationally.
My Availability
I am available on Friday mornings and all day Saturdays and Sundays. I am also free whenever during school holidays and am happy to stay overnight if needed on non school nights. :)

My Fees
- Babysitting from £9.00 per hour
I am very flexible with my fees, depending on the number of children, how many hours, etc. However, I am very affordable and happy to work with you to meet at a price where we are both happy!
