Hey! My name is Brooke, I am an 18 year old local girl who works well with kids of all ages. I aspire one day to be a midwife, so I am caring and patient, kind and understanding, and I am fun and creative as well. I own a car, but I do not have a licence yet.
My Experience
I worked part time as part of a foundation apprenticeship in a nursery when I was 16, where I ;learnt essential childcare skills and was given a PVG and safety training. I have also worked as a barista/ receptionist at Clayton Leisure centre for a few years. I achieved good grades in school and am now first year studying psychology at St Andrews University, a course with emphasis on child development and understanding.
My Qualifications
I have higher and advanced higher qualifications from being in school until 6th Year, and a pass at my children and young people foundation apprenticeship (SCQF level 6)
My Availability
due to university I am often busy during the day, but free most of the time otherwise.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
in line with 18 year old minimum wage in Scotland I would probably ask for around £10-12 per hour.
