About Me
My name is Pedro Newcomb Rodrigues and I am the father to my daughter, Sienna Christine, born in July 2022. She's autistic and non verbal. She likes to do things on hew own. She's very independent and mindful of her own actions and needs. Potty training has been really difficult so we are doing it slow and steady. We are planning to enrol her to nursery in early 2026. Living with us is my partner, Georgina, and she is basically Sienna's real mum.
We work from home therefore our needs are basically for when we want to have time for ourselves. Although we would accept SEN help if the babysitter/nanny is experienced and qualified in that field.
We have three cats, two huge Maine Coons and a regular sized Ragdoll. Any babysitter/nanny will have to be cat lovers and be able to put up with huge cats (18lbs, 15lbs and 11lbs) on your lap.
My Requirements
We would like to have a constant babysitter/nanny that will be able to stay with my daughter while me and Georgina can go on dates or social events. It will be mostly evenings or weekends during the day. At least 3/4 hours during Friday and Saturday. Our needs will be occasional. This means we will need a babysitter or nanny for specific instances. Or for when we go on holiday for a week or two weeks. We hope Sienna will be in nursery all day and, unless we are on holiday, one of us will do the school run.
