Hello! My name is Emily. I am from Austin, Texas and I am a graduate student at the London School of Economics. Back home I live with my husband Sam and our dog Blueberry, and I work in politics and public policy. I have always loved working with kids and I'm looking forward to the opportunity of doing so in London. I am committed to providing childcare that is safe, transparent, and fun. I care deeply about the kiddos I look after and want to be a safe and trusted adult for them and a communicative and committed babysitter for you.
My Experience
My experience working with children is extensive, and ranges from babysitting neighbors to working at children's summer and after school programs to my first job as a youth baseball umpire. In recent years my childcare experience has been volunteer focused. I spend Sundays volunteering in a two year olds' Sunday School classroom, and for the past nine years I have worked extensively with refugee families in the Austin area, and have often taken on part time and emergency child care responsibilities for those families with children of all ages. In London I am serving as a homework help volunteer for children of asylum seekers.

My Availability
I have broad availability in evenings during the week and all day on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I do have a class schedule that I need to adhere to but I still have significant flexibility.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £13.00 per hour
£13/hr for up to two children, an extra £2/hr for each additional child after that
