Family of 3, my husband is 30 years old, qualified as a project manager in construction industry. I am 26 years old, work as a finance specialist in car dealership business and our baby is 1 year and 1 month. We are not smokers.
My Requirements
Our child is very brave, he is very attached to me, as I was staying with him all the time, his dad was working. He loves softplay areas, he is walking by himself, love to climb, he is already drinking normal goat milk ( not formula), we talk to him in Romanian at home, so we would love to get him used with english language as well. He is sleeping once a day already, for 2-3 hours.
The childminder need to: - lincesed and meety local/state regulation
- safe physical environment
- secure storage for cleaning supplies, and age-appropiate furniture
- regular safety inspections
- trained and experienced
- certifications in firts aid, CPR and child safety
- ongoing professional development and background checks

- communications with parents ( epen channels, daily reports, photos, feedback meetings, transparent policies abour disciplines, nutrition, safety,
- small child - to -caregiver ratio,
