About Our Family

We are a warm, friendly, and respectful Indian family based in Ipswich, Suffolk, looking for a caring and experienced nanny to help care for our 10-month-old twin girls.

Dad works in the shipping industry, and Mum is an IT Manager who works from home. We currently have the twins’ grandparents visiting from India, who provide additional family support. We value kindness, honesty, open communication, and building a positive, long-term relationship with the person who cares for our daughters.

Our girls’ safety, happiness, and development are our highest priorities. We are looking for someone who is nurturing, patient, reliable, and experienced in caring for babies of a similar age. Experience with twins is a bonus but is not essential.

Although Mum works from home, the nanny will have a dedicated room or I would say floor to care for the babies and will be trusted to manage their daily routine independently. We respect our nanny’s professional experience and will not interfere unnecessarily, while always being available to offer support or discuss the babies’ needs whenever required.

We will provide clear guidance on our daughters’ routines, feeding, naps, and preferences, while also welcoming ideas and suggestions from an experienced nanny. We hope to create a supportive and enjoyable working environment where our nanny feels valued, respected, and treated as an important part of our family.
