My Experience
have spent the last three years working in a nursery, and during that time I’ve built up a lot of hands-on experience caring for children of different ages. I completed my Level 2 Early Years Practitioner apprenticeship, which gave me a strong understanding of child development and how to support children through play, routines, and learning activities. I’m now working towards my Level 3 Early Years qualification, which is helping me grow even more in confidence and knowledge. Through my work, I’ve supported children with everything from feeding and nappies to planning activities, helping with behaviour, and creating a safe, nurturing environment. I am also DBS checked, and I genuinely enjoy helping children feel happy, supported, and confident every day.
My Qualifications
I have built a strong foundation in early years care through both practical experience and professional training. I have completed my Level 2 Early Years Practitioner apprenticeship and am currently working towards my Level 3 qualification, supported by three years of hands-on experience in a nursery setting. I also hold a 12-hour Full Paediatric First Aid certificate (2024) and have completed Introduction to Safeguarding Children training (2023), giving me up-to-date knowledge of children’s safety and wellbeing. Alongside this, I am DBS checked, ensuring I can work safely and responsibly with children.
