Job Title: Experienced Female Nanny / Support Worker for Essential Morning Routine (CF24)
Key Details:

Role Type: Part-time, Permanent (Self-employed/Freelance Nanny or Experienced Support Worker)

Hours: 15 hours per week (approx.)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, start time 7:00 AM (3 hours per day, exact finish time to be discussed).

Location: Cardiff, CF24 Area.

Start Date: Immediate/Flexible

The Role:
We are seeking a highly reliable and experienced female professional to provide essential morning assistance for a single mother and her three young children in our home. This is a crucial role focused on ensuring a smooth start to the day.

Core Responsibilities:

Morning Routine: Assisting with waking, dressing, supervising breakfast, and preparing all three children for the day (ages 6, 5, and 2).

Special Needs Support: Providing focused, supportive assistance for our 5-year-old, who has Spastic Diplegic Cerebral Palsy (GMFCS Level II).

School Drop-off: Performing the school drop-off for the two older children (ages 6 and 5) at a local primary school.

Care of Youngest: Returning home with the youngest child (age 2) until approximately January 2026, when their nursery transition is planned.

Essential Candidate Profile:
Gender: Female (essential for the comfort and dynamics of the family).

Experience: Extensive, verifiable experience with young children (ages 2-6).

Special Needs Expertise: Prior, hands-on professional experience supporting children with Cerebral Palsy or other complex mobility/special educational needs is required.

Qualities: Must be trustworthy, highly reliable, consistent, and possess a deeply empathetic yet firm approach to routines.
