About Me
Welcome to my childcare setting, Bethany's Childcare! I am Bethany and I have over 10 years of experience caring for children and am passionate about providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child can learn, grow, and thrive.
I opened my childcare setting in March 2026, and as demand has grown, my assistant, Fran, joined me in June 2026. Together, we provide high-quality, individualised care, ensuring every child feels valued, supported, and encouraged to reach their full potential.
Our setting features a purpose-built childcare space that has been thoughtfully designed to support children's learning, play, and development in a safe, welcoming environment. We also have 5 acres of outdoor space, giving children the freedom to explore nature, enjoy fresh air, develop physical skills, and take part in exciting outdoor learning experiences. We believe outdoor play is an essential part of early childhood, encouraging confidence, curiosity, resilience, and a lifelong love of learning.
We offer a warm, home-from-home environment where children are encouraged to play, discover, create, and develop at their own pace. We value building strong relationships with families and work in partnership to give every child the very best start in life.
My Experience
My childcare journey began over 10 years ago when I trained as a Chiltern Nanny while completing my Level 3 qualification. Since then, I have continued to develop my knowledge and skills, progressing to achieve a Level 6 qualification in childcare.
I have worked in a day nursery, progressing from a trainee practitioner to Room Leader. This has given me valuable experience caring for children across all age groups, from babies through to preschool, allowing me to develop a thorough understanding of each stage of a child's development.
Opening my own childcare setting has allowed me to combine all of my experience, qualifications, and passion for early years education to create a warm, welcoming environment where children can thrive and enjoy the very best start in life.

My Availability
I am open 8am-6pm Monday- Friday, all year round. We are taking on new children from Summer 2027.
My Fees
- Childminding from £8.50 per hour
I charge £8.50 an hour which includes all food (3 x meals), nappies, wipes, outings.
I offer funded hours for eligible children
My Local Schools
