I’m a qualified early years teacher with nine years of experience supporting children and young people aged 0–18 in schools and charitable organisations. I am originally from Northern Ireland and moved to Leamington Spa in 2018. I have an 18 month old daughter.
My setting is built on the values of play, exploration and nurturing care, offering a warm home from home environment for every child. I offer home cooked tasty meals and can cater to all allergies and food intolerances. I have a secure garden and access to lots of local green space.

I am a qualified teacher specialising in the Early Years and have nine years experience working with children and young people.
My Qualifications
Post Graduate Certificate in Education with Qualified Teacher Status.
My Availability
I am open 8am-6pm Monday to Thursday. I can provide childcare on an ad hoc basis on a Friday depending on my availability.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £18.00 per hour
- Childminding from £9.00 per hour
I am able to offer funded childcare including the 30 hours for 9months-2 year olds and 15 hours for 2-3. Outside of the funded hours I charge £9 per hour.

My daughter started with Jess when she was just 9 months old, attending one day a week, and she settled in incredibly quickly. Before long, she was smiling as I dropped her off, which gave me such reassurance that she was happy and comfortable in Jess’s care.
I was amazed at how quickly she started learning new things, from clapping, waving and pointing to recognising lots of nursery rhymes. It was lovely to see her developing new skills and thriving in such a positive environment.
Jess is also a brilliant communicator, keeping me informed and making me feel confident that my daughter was in safe and caring hands. I was equally impressed by the varied, healthy and delicious menu provided.
I honestly cannot recommend Jess highly enough. She provides a wonderful environment for little ones to learn, grow and thrive, and I’m so grateful for the care she has given my daughter!

Jess from the start was brilliant and putting both myself and my little one at ease. Isla-Lilly actively looks forward to spending time there and she has come on leaps and bounds bounds in her confidence thanks to the care show by Jess to adapt activities to her stage of development.
The daily updates via tiney are brilliant and ensure we are updated through the day just like a nursery would. We would highly recommend Jess to anyone looking for a childminder.
