About Me
Hello, I’m Andreea, and I live in Harringay with my baby boy, Almer, who is currently under one year old. I’m looking for a supportive and reliable childminder arrangement as I balance caring for him with returning to work and studying. At home we value a calm, warm, and structured environment where Almer can feel safe, nurtured, and engaged, and I hope to find a similar balance at the carer home.
Almer is a happy, curious baby who enjoys interaction, gentle play, and outdoor walks. He has a predictable routine for naps and feeds, and he responds well to a calm and caring approach. I’m looking for someone who is patient, attentive, and comfortable working with young infants.
I’m easy to communicate with, organised, and respectful of the carer’s professional experience. My goal is to find someone who can build a positive, trusting relationship with both of us.
My Requirements
I need childcare for my baby boy, Almer (under 1 year old) — I’ll start looking for someone early next year for a few hours to test the waters. I prefer a calm, familiar environment for him at this stage.
The ideal carer is someone experienced with infants and confident managing feeding, naps, nappy changes, and gentle age-appropriate play. A warm, patient approach is important, as well as clear communication and consistency with his routine.

Susu has been looking after our little boy, since he was around seven months old, and we’re so happy to have had her with us. Almer warmed to her almost immediately. She’s kind, warm, funny and has such a lovely way with babies. She quickly got used to his routines, from feeding and naps to his very particular way of falling asleep, which requires plenty of patience and cuddles!
She’s responsible, caring and someone I’ve always felt comfortable leaving Almer with when I was at work. Over the past six months, she’s become part of our family, and we’d love for her to remain part of our life as Almer grows.
I’d happily recommend Susu to any family looking for a warm and loving nanny!
