About Me

I provide caring, reliable and inclusive childcare tailored to each child's individual needs. I have experience supporting children from nursery to primary-school age, including children with additional support needs. I am also a native Spanish speaker and am happy to provide childcare in English, Spanish, or a mixture of both depending on your family's needs. I enjoy creating a relaxed, positive environment where children feel safe and comfortable being themselves. I'm happy to support with play, activities, routines, meals and bedtime, and I always aim to follow each family's usual routines and preferences

My Experience

I have experience working in primary school after-school clubs and nursery environments, including supporting children with additional needs and special educational needs. Alongside my practical experience, I have gained valuable knowledge and understanding through my personal experience as a young carer for my autistic brother, who has an intellectual disability. This has helped me develop patience, empathy, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt support to suit individual needs.

My Qualifications

While I do not currently hold a formal childcare qualification, I have developed strong practical childcare skills through my professional experience and caring responsibilities. I am committed to providing a safe, nurturing and encouraging environment where children feel supported, included and able to thrive. I currently work in childcare and am registered with the SSSC and hold a current PVG membership.
