About Me
Hi, I’m Lyndsey, 43, a mum of four and based in Crawley. I have a naturally caring, calm and positive approach, and I love creating a safe, happy and nurturing environment for children. I’m big on wellbeing and keeping life balanced, and I bring that same mindset into the way I look after little ones — lots of kindness, patience, fresh air, play and support.
I enjoy being around genuine, positive people, and I treat every child in my care with the same warmth and attention I give my own.
My Experience
I bring a wide range of experience to my childminding work. I have spent time working in a preschool setting, supporting children through early learning, play and development. I’ve also worked as a doula alongside an independent midwife, which included supporting families through hypnobirthing and learning skills such as baby massage.
I hold a Level 3 Childcare Qualification, Paediatric First Aid, and I am trained as a Designated Safeguarding Lead, giving me a strong understanding of safety, wellbeing and child protection. I also have valuable management experience, which has helped me develop strong organisational and communication skills.
