About Me
I am a single working mother based in East London who works from home, and I unfortunately have limited support available to help with my daughter’s childcare. Balancing work responsibilities with her needs has been challenging, and I am trying to ensure that I maintain a healthy work–life balance. It’s important for me to have some respite and time for self-care so that I can continue to manage both my wellbeing and my responsibilities effectively. Given my child’s needs, having some flexibility and additional support where possible would make a significant positive difference.

My daughter is 3.5 years old and currently attends Thomas Buxton mainstream preschool. She has autism. She is most comfortable in familiar settings, with home being her safe space.
She experiences delays with toilet training and has several sensory sensitivities. Because of this, she needs a lot of patience, understanding, and support from someone who can recognize her needs and adapt to them. Although she can be shy at first, she is a loving and bubbly child who enjoys positive interactions and someone spending time playing with her.
Before any childcare arrangements begin, I would like to have a discussion about her needs so that she can feel comfortable and supported. I also need help with school runs, as she can often become dysregulated during transitions. I am currently feeling very drained and exhausted as dealing with this on my own and really finding it hard to find a reliable babysitter.

My daughter felt very comfortable around her. She is professional, reliable, and always on time. Communication has been excellent—she’s helpful, responsive, and attentive to my daughter’s needs. I would definitely recommend her. She is very friendly and welcoming.
