About Me
We are parents of three children, all of whom have additional needs. We require support to help keep the children safe and to meet their care needs. Therefore, we are recruiting for support to help and assist with their care. We are located just outside Stratford upon Avon.

My Requirements
Our eleven-year-old son, is a full-time wheelchair user with severe learning disabilities and is nonverbal. Our seven-year-old daughter, has autism, ADHD and learning disabilities. She is non-verbal and communicates her wants and needs using objects of reference, gestures, and taking you to the object. Finally, our youngest daughter is five years old and has also been diagnosed with Autism and learning disabilities. All three children attend our local Special Needs School, so are looking for support outside of school hours and during school holidays.
All children are very engaging with infectious laughs, each with their own unique personalities. Our son loves spending time playing with his toys, watching Peppa Pig and going for long walks in the countryside. Our daughters enjoy spending lots of time playing on the swing, climbing, running and jumping around the garden.
The role will be to provide a high level of assistance and stimulation to support our children with both indoor and outdoor activities. Support is required with feeding times, personal care, manual handling and park trips.
As we have three children with special needs, we are looking for multiple people to be able to assist, as the children need 1:1 support when leaving the house and a high adult to child ratio when in the house, to keep everyone safe. The times when support is most needed are:
- Early morning (7-8am) Support getting children ready in the morning.
- Support after school. For example (4-6pm) (5-7pm) (6-8pm).
- School holiday support
